Absolutely shocking service.Ordered online through UberEats. Only starters delivered. Called the restaurant who apologised and said they would cook the mains and deliver themselves. All good we thought...Wrong!Almost an hour later and several calls later turns out they have now sent the mains using another delivery driver to completely the wrong address.When it eventually turns up one of the 5 mains is missing. Another call to the restaurant and they question this even though we have the email of the order in front of us reading it out to them as their print out only shows four (this despite a lady we spoke to earlier in the evening confirming the full order on the first call)They pin this entire debacle on Uber and advise to order direct through them in the future... I'm sorry but the mistakes here have been made by the restaurant, not the driver, barring driving to the wrong address on the second attempt...Have ordered previously with absolutely no issues as well as dined in but tonights experience has seriously put me off ever ordering from this restaurant again. A serious decline in service.

Won't be going there again were my words as we left. Steak was not "rare" at all as they pride themselves on their steak, not even sure if it was actually sirloin, very grissley anyway. Massive hair in the antipasto and sat by the toilet door ... drain smell as we dined. I wanted the goats cheese for my starter but they didn't have any (at 7:30pm), all in all a disappointment! Oh the chips were good, but I can get good chips at home!
