Brought a starter motor that burnt out after just 6weeks this company would take no responsibility for a faulty product and refused to exchange or refund. Telephone manner is terrible and have the attitude don't care if you never use them again. Got the same starter motor from Lancashire rotating electrics, clysdale place Leyland for nearly half the price and a friendly service to.
After getting a quote from them for an alternator l duly paid and waited for delivery after sending back a more expensive unit. They bragged about although there were a few factory options, their "sophisticated identification system" meant that they had identified the correct unit for my application, Wrong!They later rang me to explain they could not help me, great l had just sent the correct one back to another company and had to ask them to send again, most embarrassing.I wholeheartedly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
sent the wrong starter motor. Wouldn't believe me when I told them it was the wrong motor, spent about an hour convincing the sales rep it was indeed the wrong motor. He finally figured out what I was telling him and that they had made a mistake. Now I have to deliver the wrong motor somewhere tomorrow which seems like more time wasted after hiring a mechanic to tell me it was the wrong motor and then convincing the rep. all in all about 4 hours and 40 wasted. Get to do it all over again soon
Good advice given, replacement alternator received within 24 hours.they also paid the postage for me to send them my faulty unit. Very happy and would recommend to anyone needing an alternator/starter motor
