Went there for private dentures instead of using nhs as I thought I would get a good quality set, had several appointments before they were ready and was excited with what I was told I would get at the end and was told as it was a partial denture that in the future if I lost teeth he could add new teeth to it however when all done I had the denture rubbing on my gums and was very painful, went back a few times to ask to alter which they did and I had ulcers for weeks, was given sample mouthwash and toothpaste which were nearly 2 years out of date, charged 500 and within 2 months I was using fixodent again as I did with my nhs one, went back and was told it would be sorted, they took another impression n went back to be told he would need to make a new one as my bone structure had changed dramatically, then I was told I would have to pay him again!.. only had them for 11 months in all and had a horrendous time in all, I have compared it with my nhs denture and is no better and to be charged again is disgusting, I would never recommend this place as you get false hope along with your false teeth and no guarantee, I was also told my bottom tooth was loose which my own nhs dentist next door confirmed this is not the case.... I am fuming, no aftercare once you pay!
Gordon and his team provided a top class service (2015) from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs to consider options. In my case a fall out from the heart attack and surgery meant that I needed to evaluate options and Gordon helped me through all the stages. The aftercare service is second to none and all his team work together to deliver customer satisfaction from Lab, reception and assistants to Gordon himself. I can say confidently that this is the place to go for a superior personal service.
