Of course the staff here are never wrong ! Rachel manager made many promises and failed from day one .She had my property to sell .5 days and did NOTHING. No sign .No brochure . And very poor pictures . Despite spending 150 .Rachel is more concerned sending condescending emails .4 staff members and did NOTHING to sell my property .I moved to a independent agent Roberts & co in 2 days .sign up . Quality pictures brochure done and put on rightmove etc 6 viewings and 2 offers of the asking price !!! So Rachel this is how you sell houses and how you provide a service .WELL DONE ROBERTS & CO .PENWORTHAM. FOR A GREAT SERVICE.
It doesnt come any better than all the staff at this branch. Sue and Rachel in particular have gone above and beyond on my behalf in regards to my rental property. Worth mentioning that I also purchased the property through the same branch and the service was excellent. A great team of people!
