Reading all the positive reviews leaves me very cynical, theres either new owners or they write their own reviews. Took 2 pairs of brand new jeans here to be taken up, i was going to do them myself but thought I'd have them done professionally. Well i picked the wrong place! After having to wait a week for them to be done i discovered one leg only had 1 side sewn, apparantly the spool ran out of thread. Do they not check 'finished ' items. Seams uneven. Apparantly they don't use a ruler????. . Is it that difficult to use a sewing macine in a straight line?.Material from my jeans caught up in the stitching where it had been sewn. Apparantly due to her sewing machine. Well i suggest you buy a new one. All manner of ridiculous excuses given to cover her bad workmanship. No pride in their work and very unprofessional. A bad workman always blames his tools springs to mind. Would not recommend this place for alterations and wont use again. Terrible.
Absolutely amazing.I had a corset back put in my wedding dress along with a couple of other adjustments to make it perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding.Highly recommended
