Fabulous shop really helpful couldn't have made us feel more at ease
Don't ever shop here - i cannot tell you what a terrible experience i had here after buying a dress and having it re-sized. They sent me to a seamstress they recommended with the dress i bought from them, they packed the dress into a box after having it dry cleaned, for it to travel to my wedding day (They told us not to open the box as it was packed correctly and the dress would crease more if we took it out an repacked it) but didn't bother to check the changes had been made to the dress. i live in Canada and so could not return for the second fitting which they were made fully aware of - so not to check the changes had been made is beyond comprehensible after telling my mum who picked the dress up not to open it. To cut a long story short - they ruined my wedding day and took no responsibility for the issues what so ever!
